Anets frying oil filter systems from Equip Line

Thursday 29 March 2007 13:16

For caterers looking to filter their deep-frying oil regularly, Anets can provide both integral automatic systems and stand-alone mobile units. Integral systems take two forms: 50kg capacity Filter Mate low-profile units that sit directly under two double-basket fryers and slide out on castors when required and the larger Filtronic II system, which occupies its own cabinet alongside a bank of fryers and is typically located under a chip dump.

Anets can also supply a portable filter system with quick connect/disconnect facilities that is able to fit under oil drain outlets on most fryers. All three systems use an exclusive Anets filter element which can be used with special filter paper envelopes to eliminate clogging even with heavy-breading applications.
