Non-fried schools range from Moy Park

Non-fried vegetable grillWhole-muscle chicken forms the basis of a new range of non-fried products for schools from Moy Park Foodservice. They make use of a new breadcrumb that does not need to be flash-fried in production and contains reduced levels of fat, sugar and salt. The new Health Farm line includes a mini-fillet (sold in 2kg cases), a non-fried chicken steak (2.7kg), and non-fried chicken nuggets (8kg). Non-meat alternatives are offered in the form of non-fried vegetable grills in 110g and 57g sizes (with respective case weights of 4.4kg and 2.7kg) and 20g non-fried vegetable nuggets, which use low-fat cheese and are supplied in 2kg cases.
