Chilli Yum YumMore than 150 restaurants and delis (including Tootsies, Center Parcs and the Rainforest Café) have bought into Miniscoff's pioneering efforts to provide a choice of home-cooked, ready-to-serve organic meals for children aged between 12 months and 12 years. The Wiltshire-based company set up by parents Shoo and Angus Oliphant now supplies about 20 different lines to the food service and retail sectors that are Soil Association-certified, low in salt, sugar and fat and, in some cases, free of dairy, egg or gluten ingredients. The newest addition to the range, Holy Macaroni, combines organic Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses with peas and carrots. Other options in the food service range include Chilli Yum Yum, the bolognese-base Curly Wurly Chicken, Jolly Spag Bolly, Planet Spaghetti with pork and beef meatballs, Simply Spaghetti (with pomodoro sauce and pecorino cheese), Ham and Cheese Pasta, and Creamy Salmon Pasta.
