FridgeFree fridge unblocker from Cleveland Biotech

FridgeFree is a new bacteria-busting solution from Cleveland Biotech that protects fridges from a gel-like substance that builds up in the condensate drains and can result in floods, forced section closures and health and safety issues.

The gel is a mass that is bound together by an exopolysaccharide secreted by growing but nutrient-starved bacteria. FridgeFree is a combination of spore-forming strains of bacilli and bio-surfactants that disrupts the formation of this microbial mass to keep drains free-flowing.

Dosing units are installed on top of the fridge lines and managed by the group's team of service engineers, who visit at regular intervals.
