Valera slimline upright cabinet

The heavy-duty slimline chiller and freezer line from Valera is designed for kitchens where space is limited, with depths of just 720mm on the upright models and 600mm on the counter units.

The single- and double-door uprights are made from 304 stainless steel inside and out and have bottom-mounted compressors, digital controllers with temperature read-out, full-length door handles and interior lights.

Temperatures range from -2°C to 8°C on chillers and -15°C to -22°C on freezers. An optional section for fresh fish or frozen food with a separate compressor and controller can be added.

Counter units - which come in two-, three-, four- and five-door versions - have pull-out condensing units to simplify maintenance.

Both slimline and counter models feature self-closing doors with stay-open facility, automatic defrost with automatic re-evaporation of defrost water, coved corners for easy cleaning, and replaceable door gaskets.
