Individually-frozen potato gratins are gently steamed potato slices combined with a creamy sauce and supplied in 100g portions.
Five varieties are available including: Gratin with Mushrooms; Creamy Gratin with real Emmental cheese; Gratin with Broccoli, made with fresh broccoli florets; Italian Gratin, made with Italian herbs, tomato and Mozzarella cheese and Gratin with Salmon, made with pieces of smoked salmon.
Super Mash is prepared traditionally with fresh butter and milk, quick frozen in easy-to-use individual cubes and supplied in 2.5kg packs.
