Rustic chips for pubs from Farm Frites

Friday 29 May 2009 07:16
Rustic Traditional ChipsRustic Traditional Chips from Farm Frites are thick-cut golden chips developed for UK pub chains.

The chips have a crispy outer structure with fluffy potato inside and an irregular home-made appearance.

Each case of frozen chips contains six 2.5kg bags and can be fried in three-and-a-half to four minutes.

The Nature's Goodness range of fries and skin-on wedges are now made with 100% sunflower oil and are combined with potato starch to resist oil uptake.
