Green&Clean dishwasher from Electrolux

Green&Clean

With a capacity of 1,200 dishes per hour, the hood type Green&Clean dishwasher from Electrolux is suitable for larger restaurants or small hotels.

A constant optimum rinse temperature of 84°C is guaranteed by the prevention of additional cold water entering the boiler during the rinse cycle, and a therma-lock keeps the dishwasher in wash mode until the rinse water has reached the correct temperature.

Four dishwashing cycle options handle everything from cleaning glass and lightly soiled items to a continuous cycle. A user-friendly control panel with digital thermometer indicates both wash and rinse temperatures and an electronic fault diagnosis programme allows operators to see quickly and easily the cause of any problems that might occur.

Heat loss is reduced with a double-skinned insulated hood and the efficiency of the rinse system has been improved so the machine uses only three litres of clean hot water in the rinse cycle, therefore reducing running costs.
