The Crowson Leisure Group has sold Mannings hotel and restaurant in the Norfolk village of Acle to Nicholas Greenhall.
The property, which was built in 1875 for the rector of the local parish, is situated between Norwich and Great Yarmouth and is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads and the 14th century St Margaret’s church in nearby Upton.
Mannings hotel offers 10 bedrooms, an 80-seat restaurant/function room and a lounge bar.
The Norwich office of Colliers Robert Barry sold the freehold for close to the asking price of £625,000.
