Revpar grows by nearly 10% in London hotels

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 9.9% in the week ending 25 June, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar climbed to £121.61, up from £110.62 during the equivalent week last year.

Occupancy increased by 1.2 percentage points to 88.5% and average room rate grew by 8.4% to £137.36, up from £126.71 in the corresponding week of 2005.
