Artisan Dolcini pâtisserie from iB Food

iB food has launched a range of artisan Dolcini made to traditional recipes handed down over generations in a family-run pâtisserie.

There are four product types comprising Pistacchini, biscuits made with almonds and pistachios dipped in fondant chocolate; Petit Four, biscuits made with almonds and decorated with an almond; three types of Sfogliatine, wrapped crispy sweet pastry with a cream filling of vanilla, hazelnut and chocolate, or lemon; and soft Amaretti made with almonds and sugar.

All products are available in trays of 1kg and are suitable for various occasions such as afternoon teas, with coffee after dinner and as a snack.
