Following AAK's introduction last year of a range of speciality oils under the Prep Premium brand, it has now extended the line with the launch of a sunflower oil.
Prep Premium Sunflower Oil is high in polyunsaturates and Vitamin E and is suitable for stir-frying, shallow-frying and griddling in addition to use as a base for salad dressings.
The oil is available in six 2-litre PET easy-grip packs and has a 12-month shelf life. Other oils in the speciality range include nut and seed oils and infused oils.
