Chef fonds and fumets from Nestlé

Available in a powder format, the range of Chef fonds and jus can be used as stand-alone stocks and sauces or as a base for chefs to add their own signature touch. 

Based on traditional recipes, the Jus de Veau Lié (veal jus), Fonds Blanc de Volaille (white chicken stock) and Fonds des Legumes (vegetable stock) are low in saturated fats and contain no added MSG or hydrogenated vegetable oils.

Also available is the range of Maggi dehydrated bouillons in beef, chicken and vegetable which are bain-marie-stable, freezable and microwavable.
