Produced by Kerry Foodservice, the Recipere range of bouillon mixes and pastes are suitable for creating a variety of sauces, gravies and soups.
The Bouillon range includes chicken, vegetable, beef and ham flavours, with mixes available in 2kg tubs and pastes in 1kg tubs.
Also available in the Recipere range is a selection of classic cooking sauce mixes including bŽchamel and demi-glace, as well as a traditional curry sauce mix.
The full Recipere range has also been reformulated and are free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, MSGs and HVOs, and meet FSA 2010 guidelines on salt content.
