The Christian Potier range of ambient, single-serve, pour-over sauces is now available in the UK.
Developed by French chef Christian Potier, the range includes hollandaise, béarnaise, sun-dried tomato and pepper.
The range is free from artificial preservatives and additives and the microwavable format makes for quick and easy preparation by heating the 50g single-serve sachet for 15 seconds, then pouring over fish, meat or pasta.
The individual sachets have a nine-month ambient shelf-life. All four sauces are available in cases of 30 x 50g sachets.
