Nicolas Feuillatte 2004 Vintage Cuvée 225 Rosé

Unveiled at the Vinexpo wine and spirits trade fair in Bordeaux in June, the oak-aged Nicolas Feuillatte Cuvée 225 Rosé, 2004 Vintage follows the Brut Cuvée 225 Vintage released in 2005.

The blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 20% red wine can be drunk on its own or paired with food such as truffle salad, rack of lamb or salmon and caviar crêpe.

Rounded and fruity on the palate, its appearance is described as copper-red with a bouquet dominated by red and black fruits and spices. Tasting notes say "the attack is round, unveiling a vinous character where freshness and elegance prevail, bringing magnificent length".
