Constructed in hard-wearing 304 stainless steel, both inside and out, the compact S903 S/S unit has a polypropylene cutting board covered with a hinged stainless steel cover, big enough to accommodate gastronorm pans and easy to clean. The three self-closing doors beneath reveal 13cu ft of storage space that will fit 1/1 gastronorm shelves and pans comfortably.
With a temperature range between +2¡ and +10¡, and high ambient operating conditions, the S903 S/S also has a space-saving bottom-mounted condensing unit with digital display, plus automatic defrost and condensate removal functions, all running off a 13amp plug.
