Danish manufacturer Hounö is launching a gas-powered version of its Visual Cooking combi-oven with models available for both natural gas and liquid gas.
The gas ovens are available with a capacity of six trays and 10 trays 1/1 gastronorm, and 14 trays 2/1 gastronorm (or 28 1/1 gastronorm). Models 1.06 and 1.10 are available as floor-standing models or counter-top units.
A state-of-the-art premix burner ensures clean and efficient combustion. The fully integrated gas-air control and safety system continuously adjusts the induction of gas, which reduces total consumption.
The standard models in the range are the C-gas ovens featuring a user-friendly digital display and are operated by means of a turn switch. They have a memory of 10 programs - each with up to three process steps - timer function and a semi-automatic cleaning system. Optional extras such as the fully automatic cleaning system CombiWash are available.
Meanwhile, the top models are the CPE-gas ovens which have an easy-to-read and easy-to-operate pushbutton panel and a crystal-clear TFT display. They hold 200 programs each with up to 10 process steps. Other functions include the automatic humidity control ClimaOptima, the automatic cleaning system CombiWash, a USB connection, HACCP control and a hand shower.
