Tim Woodcock has joined the board of Clapham House Group as a non-executive director.
He was most recently finance director at Urban Dining the owner of the Tootsies restaurant chain, which Clapham took over in April in a £25m deal.
Woodcock is also a director of Capital Management and Investment, an Alternative Investment Market-listed investment company.
Clapham House owns the Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Bombay Bicycle Club and the Real Greek chains, as well as Tootsies.
