The Brincliffe Edge Hotel, overlooking the North Yorkshire resort of Scarborough, has sold to a local developer through Christie and Co.
The Grade ll listed, five-storey property comprises a lounge, 24-cover restaurant, 11 letting bedrooms and a one-bedroom apartment for the owner.
New owners are Gary Hill and Kerry Douglas, from East Ayton in Scarborough, who run Hill-Douglas Development.
The hotel was sold from an asking price of £330,000.
