Details Available as dry mixes in bespoke quantities, the stocks are packed with spices and seasonings to deliver authentic Asian aromas and layers of flavour and heat. For instance, the Spiced Cardamon contains soya sauce, chives, tomato, ginger, carrot, cinnamon, roasted coriander and bay leaf (as well as cardamom) while the Roasted Green Pepper & Jalapeno broth uses chicken stock, mushroom, garlic, roasted green peppers, jalapeno chilli peppers, coriander, mint, cinnamon, Szechuan pepper and cumin.
