Product Premium beef from the Dartmoor Farmers Association

USP J&A Gibbins has become the first West Country catering butcher to offer its food service customers the award-winning Dartmoor Beef it already sells to consumers.

Details Gibbins has partnered with the Dartmoor Farmers Association to source meat with guaranteed provenance from local pure and cross-bred native cattle (including Galloway, South Devon, Ruby Red, Aberdeen Angus and Welsh Black). They grow slowly on a largely grass-based diet in sheltered fields and moorlands on the Dartmoor National Park. Gibbins slow-matures the beef for at least 21 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.
