Product Big Al's Flame Cooked Meatballs and Mesquite Chicken Wings
USP These new frozen and microwavable meat products from Big Al's are pre-cooked on an open flame to offer the taste and appearance of freshly flame-cooked foods. They join the line of flame-cooked burgers, chicken steaks and BBQ steaks sold through 3663. Big Al's 4oz and 6oz Flame Cooked Burgers have also just joined the Brakes portfolio.
Details The 15g meatballs - a mix of traceable beef and pork with a flame-grilled flavour and texture and mildly spicy seasoning - are ideal for use in sandwiches, pasta dishes and pizzas. The chicken wings are flame-cooked with a mesquite glaze to impart a sweet, smoky flavour. The newcomers will microwave from frozen in 50 seconds (meatballs) or two minutes (wings) or cook in a combi oven in 10 to 15 minutes.
