Next month, Essential Cuisine launches its premium new line of time-saving, high-performance Signature stock and sauce bases.
The new Signature Red Win Jus, Signature Chicken Stock Reduction and Signature Hollandaise Sauce will join the recently-improved Signature Beef Jus, all of which are sold in one-litre Tetra Paks.
The top-end sauces - which are created by chefs for chefs- are ready to use but allow caterers to add ingredients to create their own signature sauces.
