London hotels increased revenue per available room (revpar) by 17.7% in the week ending 21 October, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar increased to £129.26, up from £109.86 during the equivalent week of 2006.
Occupancy increased by four percentage points to 86.1% while average room rate grew by 12.2% to £150.14, compared with £133.85 in the corresponding week of 2006.
