Christian Audigier winesFashion designer Christian Audigier has joined forces with Montpeyroux Estates in southern France to create a range of wines with striking bottle designs featuring the work of tattoo artist Ed Hardy.

The Christian Audigier range includes five 13% abv wines from the award-winning Montpeyroux estates in the Languedoc-Roussillon region: a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Chardonnay, a Merlot, and a Syrah from Vins de pays d'Oc and an AC C“teaux du Languedoc ros‚ blended from Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah.

The Cabernet Sauvignon has blackcurrant, violet and coffee bean aromas and an elegant finish. The Chardonnay has citrus aromas and a buttery palate and the violet-black Merlot is full-bodied with a smooth finish. The Syrah has truffle and spicy aromas and deep tannins with a velvety texture, while the ros‚ has white peach and citrus aromas and hints of raspberry and redcurrant on the palette.
