Why choose a career with Paramount?
A young, dynamic company, Paramount Group of Hotels offers an exceptional range of career options in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment. If you've the right attitude and the determination to succeed, you'll thrive at Paramount and grow with us. We have a wide variety of different roles - in many cases with days and hours to suit your lifestyle, plus the chance to work in surroundings which are full of character - and with a great team of people. Which all adds up to a job you can enjoy every day. Formed in 1994, we've grown rapidly, and now have a range of 17 stunning hotels across the UK. We acquire premises that are in key UK destinations - so they fit in to the portfolio and complement each other. We invest heavily in our properties - and our people. Although we're a young company, not all our hotels are -many are heritage and distinguished. Each has its own unique personality, within the four and five-star market.

Salaries and benefits to match your abilities
We want to recruit the best people and retain them, so you'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package. This includes excellent discounted staff accommodation rates, a pension scheme open to all permanent employees over 18, your meals when on duty, leisure club membership at most hotels, and a smart and stylish uniform.

Your training and development
To ensure you're empowered to deliver the very best results, we provide training of the highest quality. We also offer you real career development opportunities - if you want them - as we believe in developing and promoting our own people.

Whichever role you join us in, you'll need the confidence, knowledge and skills to excel. You'll benefit from training from day one, as we run our own training programme which is updated annually to reflect the requirements of both our business and our people. You'll start by attending a two-day induction which all new full-time employees undertake. This is held on-site at one of our hotels, so you get to know about us by experiencing for yourself the service we offer. We also have a regular review system, which gives you the chance to talk about your job, your training and your future.

There's also the chance to study for a National or Scottish Vocational Qualification, or a specialist professional qualification in many positions, including our ‘Pathways’ leisure programme

Our Management Trainee Programme
Fancy gaining a formal qualification, gaining two years valuable work experience, rather than being laden with student debt? We have teamed up with the University of Gloucestershire and can offer a fantastic opportunity as a management trainee, whilst studying for a Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management – want to know more, then visit the careers section of our website.
