Fresh chips from Vale'sVale's Fresh brand chips are exclusive to the catering market and are made using fresh potatoes, which the company claims makes them taste and fry better, absorbing less fat than frozen imports.

The chips are made using Maris Piper potatos and are vacuum-packed to maintain freshness and taste. Cut to traditional pub size, the chips have a crisp coating and are fluffy inside.

They have a 10-day shelf life and can be deep-fried in about six minutes.

They can also be blanched in a fryer for speedy point of service, and come in 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg pack sizes.
