M&J Christmas buffet bitesThree king prawn and two smoked salmon dishes are available from M&J Seafood's Christmas buffet and canapé selection. New for the season are anchovy banderilles; salmon, rocket and Parmesan pastry bites; and smoked haddock, spinach and Gruyère pastry bites.

The anchovy banderilles are anchovy fillets wrapped around green olives stuffed with sweet peppers and supplied in 1kg packs containing 45 portions.

Salmon, rocket and Parmesan pastry bites combine salmon pieces with chopped rocket and grated Parmesan in a béchamel sauce, all encased in French puff pastry.
The third product is puff pastry with a filling of smoked haddock pieces combined with Gruyère and whole-leaf spinach in béchamel.

Both varieties of 20g bites come in packs of 50. The three king prawn products include prawn skewers with lemon grass and black pepper, packed 50 x 20g; Oriental king prawn rolls are tail-on king prawns hand-rolled in filo pastry and packed 50 x 20g; and prawn fritters are juicy king prawns coated in a light tempura batter, available in 1kg packs.
