Laila's beef in red wineBlackpool-based Laila's Fine Foods has produced a beef dish to celebrate the opening of its £3.4m artisanal prepared foods kitchen. The 340g single serving of beef in red wine and Stilton sauce can be microwaved from frozen in minutes.

Tender chunks of local Lakes and Dales beef have been hand-prepared in Laila's kitchen with fresh button mushrooms and baby onions in a rich red wine sauce and blue Stilton gravy.

Salt, cracked black pepper, oregano, rosemary and thyme have been added for extra flavour. The dishes are packed in units of 12 and cost about £2.20 each.
