Frozen and ambient bakery supplier Rich Products has added two new Fairtrade-certified sweet bakery products to its list.
The chewy chocolate chunk cookies and crumbly chocolate chip shortbread are individually wrapped and supplied in thaw-and-serve formats.
They are developed using cocoa and sugar sourced from Fairtrade-certified producers in Malawi, Paraguay and the Dominican Republic.
Each product weighs 80g and comes in packs of 40.
