If ice-cream sales make up a large proportion of your profits, you might want to invest in one of these new scoop washers from RSS. The so-caled Scoop Shower bathes the scoop in running water (only when the scoop touches the cleaner's shower head, to save water). The system prevents contamination across differnet flavours, dispenses with the need for several different scoops and looks a lot more professional to customers than a jug of dirty water.
