Williams has introduced a new machine called the Rapid Glass Chiller - shortlisted for this year's New Product Awards at Hotelympia - which chills glasses from 55¡C to 3¡C in 13 minutes. The unit can accommodate two standard 500sq mm glasswasher baskets.
