Self-service cafeterias are the target audience for a pair of waste collection and sorting tables from French supplier Bourgeat. The tables are built around a stainless steel tube structure and are fitted with stainless-steel counters with access holes to the waste bins that are wheeled underneath from the rear (the other three sides of the table are fitted with polystyrene panels). The waste bins, which are set on castors, can hold bags with capacities of 90 and 100 litres. The tables are fitted with side guide rails for easy positioning and come with colour pictogram labels to identify the waste containers. The tables come in two models with either two (model 858 102) or three (858 103) waste bins. Dimensions are 850mm high x 850mm wide, with lengths ranging from 1,030mm to 1,500mm.
