Daniel Chinen has been appointed as restaurant manager at 108 Marylebone Lane Restaurant & Bar, in London's Marylebone Village.
Previously, Chinen spent six years at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. Prior to that he worked for Hilton in Italy and at the Dusit Laguna hotel in Thailand.
At 108 Marylebone Lane, he will be responsible for all activities in the restaurant and bar areas, including a team of 35 people.
