Mechline Developments' GB 360 food waste decomposition system has been crowned the overall winner of Hotelympia's Innovation Award after receiving 32% of visitors' votes.
The GB 360 was developed to convert food waste into grey water in 24 hours, helping to reduce food waste disposal costs, future-proof against disposal cost increases and reduce landfill.
The system was chosen by show visitors from among the category winners in design, equipment, food and drink and technology categories.
