Paul Donegan has joined 108 Marylebone Lane restaurant & bar, located in the heart of Marylebone Village, as head bartender. With 11 years' experience, Donegan has previously worked as head bartender at Barrio Central, Soho, creating an original cocktail menu and organising several high-profile cocktail competitions. He was also head bartender for two years at the Cinnamon Club.
