Video: Raymond Blanc and Angela Hartnett discuss their favourite British foods

Six top chefs have made a film to promote British food as part of VisitBritain's Great Britain campaign.

The film, made in association with the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA), features Raymond Blanc, Brett Graham, Ruth Rogers, Atul Kochhar, Angela Hartnett and Fergus Henderson explaining what British food means to them. They list chicken, Stilton, Roe deer, Cornish pasties, crumble and smoked salmon, as some of their favourite British foods.

It was first aired at today's reception at 10 Downing Street for 150 of the top chefs, restaurateurs and producers in the UK. The event, at which Michelin-starred chef Brett Graham catered, was to launch VisitBritain's Food is Great campaign, in partnership with the SRA.
