Five thaw-and-serve desserts have been added to Woodward Foodservice's pudding range. They are: a white chocolate gateau with hazelnut and maple toppings; a chocolate gateau layered with peaches and peach mousse, then surrounded by sugared sponge; a black cherry and kirsch Black Forest gateau; a blueberry-filled sponge with lime cream, and a coconut, rum and raisin dessert made with chocolate sponge and fudge.

Prices: white chocolate gateau, £14.49; chocolate gateau, £14.04; Black Forest gateau, £14.35; blueberry and lime sponge, £14.29; coconut, rum and raisin dessert, £14.49
