Morning pastries from Brakes

Pain Aux Raisins is the latest addition to the extensive range of breakfast pastries from Brakes. The fully baked 75g pastries are made with 17% butter for a richer flavour and colour and are filled with sultanas and crème pâtissière. Supplied frozen in packs of 36, the pastries can be thawed for 45 minutes before serving or heated from frozen for five minutes in a preheated oven at 200¡C. 

The existing range of early-morning pastries include a jumbo croissant, a maple pecan plait, a Danish assortment and a mini selection packing together 48 mini Danish pastries in four varieties: Woodland Fruit Crown, Sweet Apple and Cinnamon Crown, Apricot Diamond, and Chocolate Whirl.
