Self-service countering from Angelo Po

Wednesday 30 May 2007 06:00
Symphony, an extensive line of self-service countering made by Angelo Po, comprises refrigerated, hot and ambient units that can be custom-arranged in line or island formats.

All refrigerated and heated sections have their own control panels. Top fittings on refrigerated modules include refrigerated wells, refrigerated tops with 25mm recess and supporting structures with double-glazed ends.

Hot units for self-service lines can be specified with a choice of thermostat-controlled bain-marie wells, ceramic hobs or optional halogen lamp kit.

Various insert cooking appliances are available, plus plate-warmer, till unit and tall distribution unit for trays, tray mats, napkins, cutlery and glasses.

A wide range of standard and customised panel finishes and designs can be used to front counters and match dining room decor schemes.
