Pizza-friendly combi-ovens from Lincat

Opus Self Cooking Center combi-ovens are now pizza-friendly when used with the latest accessories and Finishing mode software. Part-baked pizzas placed on new Pizza Dishes, priced at £14 each, enable consistent baking using the Finishing program. Up to 100 trays, held in a plate rack, can be handled in eight to 10 minutes.

Also new is the Lincat Grill and Pizza tray, a two-sided plate with non-stick coating for use inside ovens. Priced at £101, the tray is smooth on one side to aid baking of pizzas, tarts and flambŽs, making bases crisp while tops stay juicy. The other side is ribbed for grilling vegetables, steaks or fish. The 12-model SCC oven series starts at £6,825 for a six-grid electric model, including software.
