Plug-and-cook convection ovens from Pantheon

Wednesday 30 May 2007 06:12

By plugging into a standard domestic 13amp electricity supply, Pantheon PAN convection ovens avoid the need for costly hard-wiring into a three-phase supply.

Rated at 2,670W, the ovens are designed to cook a full load evenly on every shelf in hot air constantly circulated by two fans. A timer and control stat are standard fittings and shelf positions are adjustable.

External measurements are 595mm wide x 595mm deep x 570mm high. Versions are available with steam for a crisper finish on dough and pastry products and less drying out when regenerating chilled foods. Prices start at £595.
