Available in a wide range, from traditional Russian designs to modern cylindrical shapes, units are fully portable and claimed to be more reliable than urns by ensuring water is at a constant temperature of 98.5°C. They can also be used as water boilers. A non-drip tap with tilting lever dispenses the hot water.
