Colourful hot buffet options from Primeware

Wednesday 30 May 2007 06:23
Vivid colour combinations can be brought to breakfast buffets using Primeware ceramic gastronorm dishes and Hot Tiles. The nine-colour range of lidded dishes, made in a range of sizes up to 1/1, are designed to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +250°C and hold heat 30% longer than stainless steel.

Primeware Hot Tiles, made in both ceramic and glass for dropping into serving counters, also come in a range of bright colours.
Latest option is the Electric Glass Hot Top, an easy-to-transport gastronorm 1/1 dish warmer made from stainless steel and black tempered glass which heats to a constant 90°C. It measures 545mm x 345mm and is 65m high.
