Induction fry-station from Meyer

Wednesday 30 May 2007 06:28
There are plenty of clever holding methods for fried eggs, but the real secret is to cook them fresh, says Meyer Commercialware.

Sales manager Peter Rigby recommends an induction cooking station on the breakfast bar with a staff member cooking eggs freshly using Induction-Ready frying pans, the latest versions of which have non-stick coatings. Pans have a 5mm aluminium base fully encapsulated with a friction-bonded cap of 18/10 stainless steel that encourages even cooking over the entire pan surface.
