Compact Maestrowave microwave from RH Hall

Wednesday 30 May 2007 06:31
Thanks to a relatively small 520mm x 406mm footprint, the Maestrowave MW1200 microwave oven can be sited on a breakfast buffet table to aid the flow of hot dishes, says exclusive distributor RH Hall.

The 1,200W output oven has a 28-litre interior and can be used manually or preprogrammed; 20 preset menus each allow for five stages of cook, regen/reheat and defrost modes. A countercheck facility allows caterers to monitor the number of dishes prepared on each preset. Price is £399.

RH Hall also offers toasters (under Maestrowave, Dualit and Rowlett brands) and a range of Panini Contact Grills for cooking Italian-style toasted sandwiches with fillings such as sausages, eggs, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes. Single- and double-plate models are available, with either cast-iron or ceramic plates. Prices start at £199.
