Easy-to-clean grills from Burco

Wednesday 30 May 2007 06:35
As well as slot toasters and 400-slices-per-hour conveyor toasters, Burco now makes grills suited to breakfast cooking and warming tasks. The Burco Light Duty Grill has a self-supporting cooking grid which enables food to be removed without removing the grid. The splashguard above the element can be removed simply and cleaned to prevent debris build-up and the click-lock cooking grid supports can be taken out to clean interior walls.

Burco also makes a Rise and Fall Grill with heavy-duty lifting mechanism and cool-touch handle with safety hand guard. Both grills are designed for easy cleaning, with simple slide-out fat-collection trays and stainless-steel cooking areas with no dirt traps.
They can also be wall-mounted for added convenience. List prices are £860 (Rise and Fall) and £250 (Light Duty Grill).
