The Glenisle hotel in the seaside village of Lamlash on the Isle of Arran has changed hands.
The new owners of the three-star hotel are Timothy Billings and Geoffery Dallamore from London
The hotel, which has a prominent roadside position and views across Lamlash Bay, offers 13 en-suite bedrooms to sleep 29, a 30-seat lounge bar, and a 32-seat restaurant.
To the rear is a double-bedroom cottage with a private front lawn and parking for the owners. A rear extension to the hotel also houses three bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom for staff.
A beer garden and patio are located on the west side of the hotel.
Glenisle achieved an anticipated net turnover of around £300,000 for a nine-month trading period in the year to 31 March 2008.
