Friday 28 May 2004 16:37

Rezidor SAS has forged a £14m partnership with developer Inislyn to build a 120-bedroom hotel on the edge of Belfast city centre.

Work on the seven-floor Radisson SAS Hotel, Belfast, at Cromac Wood Business Park

Radisson SAS Hotel, Belfast
will be completed by the end of August.

The bedrooms – which include five regular suites and one presidential suite – will be designed in the company’s Nordic and Urban styles.

The hotel will also feature five meeting rooms, each with a break-out area, and a 94-seat restaurant and bar that will be open to non-residents.

While most of the senior management team is in place under general manager Stuart Grant, the hotel is recruiting to fill the remaining 60 full-time and 20 part-time jobs.

The hotel will be the eighth Radisson SAS  hotel in Ireland, and only the second in the north (the first opened in Limavady in 1995).
